Fast paced environment, ambitious coworkers, great ambiance in the office! There's almost always an opportunity to learn something new. I feel invested in as a employee.
Cons
Sometimes you can feel like a very tiny part of a huge company, where set structures and company practices are making it hard to make a change in the place where I am at. I'm really happy with my team however, so this doesn't affect me as much as it could
