- the people: everyone is super smart and motivated, and most of all, humble and honest. - fantastic work life balance - selling a product that basically sells itself, applies to any person in any industry - management is very helpful - There is no hierarchical structure - you can chat with the CEO whenever you want, and he'll actually listen to your ideas.
