Pros

Cons
- Work / Life balance can sometimes be skewed more towards "work", but that's to be expected for an organization experiencing rapid growth. This isn't too bad for dedicated employees, but if you're expecting a 9-5 gig every day, this might not be the right fit for you.
- Health & Dental benefits are good, but the company hasn't yet setup a retirement plan.
