      • People on my team are amazing • Good pay • Great health insurance and 401K match benefits • Used to have great human compassion when you get sick

      Cons

      • No control of treasury and sustainability of clients to keep employees • Lot of layoffs • There has been a big change in culture since a new CEO is in place, and this doesn't align with the core values and mission of Wondros • Lost the support we used to have in human connection and team culture

      Pros

      Worked a brief contract here, everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. The client was asking for a lot, and while everyone was stressed, no one let it affect their mood.
