      Team's kindness Ambitious and passionate team Great atmosphere among colleagues Very interesting clients who are passionate about their profession Growing industry with a positive impact on society Raising awareness about important topics such as ecology or feminism.

      Cons

      Challenging management at the beginning of my experience (fortunately, the person in question was removed from their role). HR team was not very present for career advancement. Lack of structure but significant improvements over the course of three years.

      - Lack of maturity of the management, who seems to discover the position, and were never trained properly - Decisions are changing all the time, and the pression is there... - A lot of people are leaving for sick leave regularly, which is showing some red flags... - No consideration for the employee time ( pressure to work on sunday to finish stuffs) - Too much meeting, without added value especially for a company who pretend to be young, updated and with moderns tool of a startup

      Fast growing company active on the exciting EdTech market Great mission and teams are driven by that mission Fast moving, a lot of challenges, a lot of test and learn Super welcoming and caring teams

      Cons

      Challenging scale-up stage for the company, challenge on processes and vision but it's all getting clarified and everyone get ownership on that point.
