High turnover, no employee tenure, VP is under qualified and horrible manager. Bonuses are not paid out as promised.
Wood Partners Response
2y
Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We consistently do pay bonuses when construction milestones are reached. Our bonus structure is based on projects achieving milestones by the scheduled completion dates. We want to pay bonuses because that means our projects are on schedule!
Our average construction associate has been with Wood Partners for over 2 years. Recently, we have had the pleasure of celebrating 3 superintendents who have been with the company for over 20 years. We hire for careers, not jobs, and aspire to create a work environment that supports you long after you complete your first project with us.
We hope you are happier where you work now and wish you the best in the future!
Pay is good and you do get a lot of time off, but if you don’t love wearing a *red hat* this is not the place for you.
Cons
Toxic work environment. Upper management is hard-core political in the office with posters everywhere and it can be really offputting since they will silence you. The field guys make the ladies in the back uncomfortable and executive branch does nothing about it. Everyone said it used to be such an amazing company, but in the past two years it’s really gone downhill fast. Zero outlook in their pipeline.
