Pros
Good supervisor and friendly colleagues. Chill environment, not too tight on punctuality. Random food parties. Nice HR. Do your job well and you can have freedom.
Cons
Low pay, no increment, no bonus, no OT pay, no recognition. Less or slow benefits than stated. Poor communication between departments. Poor boss - lower end employee relationship. Minimal training and supervision.
