Tammy (owner) is responsive and a step above the rest by paying for her employees holidays and extras.

No increase in pay even though there is an increase in contract value.

High pay Very efficient for people between jobs Paid very well for low-level menial job. Seems to reward educational level with increased responsibility and/or salary.

Didn't call me back after I worked for them very successfully for six months. After serving them well I expected to get preferential treatment when I applied later. It was very disappointing when I never heard back later. Maybe the sector was stagnating, but I would have appreciated a call.
