      Pros

      Team mates can be friendly and know the daily frustration. The work can be interesting and there is a lot that can be learned.

      Cons

      The head of the team is unable to manage a team properly and does not know how to do the job we do. This leads to no growth and no job progress. We get moaned at if we are not available or need time off while the head is rarely in the office with no excuses. There is no HR and the only person who you can take a complaint to is the COO. As the managers are good friends, this means that nothing is done. The other heads are bullies that are only after sales and not making sure a project or client is looked after or that the job is done correctly. Again, good friends with other managers.

      Pros

      We are committed to delivering creative solutions and treating client challenges as our own and this is priceless. Our diverse, international team is innovative, hardworking, smart and driven. My colleagues are phenomenal, witty people who are ready to lend a hand or a be a sounding board for ideas. The company inspires and empowers us to live and embrace the company values. We are given paid time off for learning, community volunteering, and training to help us navigate this quickly evolving industry.

      Cons

      If you thrive when frequently shifting gears, this is the place for you. When client needs change suddenly, we adapt quickly alongside them. While many find this dynamic environment rewarding and exciting, it may not be for everyone. Many days are full-on with much to do in this fast-paced environment.

      Pros

      The hybrid work schedule and flexibility are greatly appreciated, though the policy has been shifting towards less flexible recently. Positive place to work with good people, culture, and fair compensation. Opportunities for growth and learning. Management that trusts employees to take ownership of their work.

      Cons

      High workloads and occasional overtime make the additional commute time harder to balance with work demands.
