Pros
Great company to work in, very positive people and a relaxed but productive atmosphere. Regular company meetings so everyone stays updated regarding clients and also recruiters can share any issues they have as well as how their work is going during the weekly meetings.
Cons
Just like all recruitment agencies, occasionally there are hiring freezes so your candidate might not be interested and drop out from the recruitment process since it's taking so long- During the time there is a hiring freeze that is but not all the time. Also, new recruiters work solely on commission basis as the company is still quite young. However, there is full transparency and you are told this right from the start. As time goes on, depending on your performance, you could get a base salary but it takes months and everyone's case is different. Overall it is a great company to work in.
