- Employee turnover. New employees every week. In my time there, 43 employees quit in less than a year.
- Disconnect from Employees in Business building to Employees out on Manufacturing floor.
- Unnecessary high pressure making paint rollers.
- Low morale. You were only talked too when something was bad.
- Too much product unmarked, marked incorrectly.
- Inventory was never accurate.
- Getting paid correct through Accounts Receivable was difficult
- A lot of work place injuries. About 2 every 4 weeks.
