      Getting out in the community with clients Never a dull moment Clean work environment

      Cons

      The company does not staff accordingly and will expect you to be multiple places at once. I saw a previous review about extremely violent residents. This is true. You will be hurt unless you are a large strong man. OIS cannot work if you are not strong, large, or fast enough.
