In response to a negative fair assessment of the current environment a senior leader thought the best thing to say was the review is only connected to a performance review rather than listen. Their review only goes on to show the toxicity of the senior leadership team. Not once was money or performance reviews mentioned. This is actually something the company does very well. I would not recommend this organisation to anyone looking for a positive and supportive work environment. The senior leadership seems to lack empathy and understanding towards their employees, as evidenced by their dismissive attitude towards complaints and concerns raised and then tries to pin it on performance reviews. It is concerning that this senior leadership team does not take employee feedback seriously and instead seems to place blame on the employees for speaking up about their issues. A good leader should be open to feedback and actively work towards addressing any issues that arise, rather than brushing them off and questioning the motives behind them. I would caution anyone considering working under this senior leadership team to proceed with caution. It is clear that they do not value their employees' thoughts and feelings, and this has created a toxic work environment that is detrimental to both individual and team performance.
