You get to learn about new technology and meet senior people at large companies. The pay is fair and most of the worker bees are competent and driven. The product works and despite reduced R&D has made big steps forward.
Cons
A group of complete amateurs as senior management. A series of terrible decisions in the last year has turned a very promising company into one facing financial ruin. The culture is one of mistrust and blame instilled by a small clique at the very top.
