Thank you for your feedback, I am happy to hear how much you enjoyed our collaborative and welcoming culture. Part of successful leadership is making difficult decisions, like the decision to adjust business models to drive results, and unfortunately, impacting roles as a result. These decisions are not taken lightly. We recognize that this change is difficult for our existing employees and those who were impacted.
