Part of successful leadership is making difficult decisions, like the decision to adjust business models to drive results, and unfortunately, impacting roles as a result. These decisions are not taken lightly. We recognize that this change is difficult for our existing employees and those who were impacted. It appears that there is some misinformation that has been communicated, as we did not reduce the team to the extent that you mentioned. If you would like to discuss that further I am available for a conversation.
Our weekly company wide all hands, department town halls, and our regular email/slack communications are some of the ways we're committed to sharing as much information as often as we can.
