Pros

WorkRamp has a strong product vision and a highly motivated team. We all work well together and the product has evolved significantly to serve our customers.

Cons

With two rounds of layoffs, work/life balance and the culture has shifted. Team members are heads-down most of the time, and a lot of what I loved about the company is no longer a priority

Pros

Lots of room & trust to own what you're doing. Micromanagement only occurs if you're not performing and expectations were clearly communicated. Product is a leading contender in the space and consistently improving.

Cons

Upward mobility was tight due to the tech downturn.
