Amazing maternity and paternity benefits, a lot of opportunities to connect with others in the organization, fun events and initiatives to make the environment more comfortable and inviting

Cons

Not enough structure or expansion of roles or responsibilities, growth feels limited. Too much focus on LinkedIn marketing and sharing on a social platform that made the work feel less meaningful

Lots of room & trust to own what you're doing. Micromanagement only occurs if you're not performing and expectations were clearly communicated. Product is a leading contender in the space and consistently improving.

Cons

Upward mobility was tight due to the tech downturn.
