Pros
Found it a very welcoming and friendly company. Colleagues were supportive and encouraging. Management was always quick to show support when encountering challenges, as well as provide the employees with updates and status of the company, making everyone feel involved and welcomed.
Cons
The industry in which the software is used can be fast paced with a demanding clientele. Keeping up with what the clients need and addressing problems when they occur can be overwhelming at times.
