People are often nice to you.

After I started working here I noticed more people did not have any projects and would leave for this reason. Therefore I'm not the only one. It's a shame for the promises and words that they hired me (and others) on.

Looks good from the outside..

Since acquisition by Unica, it became only working since the spirit has been gone nowhere to be found.
