The salary structure is ridiculous - they don't pay by state and instead just pay the same salary across all states despite cost of living differences. Management won't do anything to help you get a raise, nor do they care if you bring up your concerns. Additionally they don't differentiate on your performance level, it doesn't matter how well you do, you still get stuck making the same as the person with the same years of experience as you. The insurance benefits are great but bonuses are very low for consulting/tech. They offer 0 sick days and had the audacity to claim they would have to take away PTO to offer sick days. It's almost impossible to move up in this position as well, and management has clear favorites. They may be currently on the great places to work list, but this won't last long.
