No career path, inexperienced, incompetent managers historically, and promoted by long time managers through crony favouritism network. Fake toxic positivity environment. Low pay, not recognised on performance, managers still bypass the ‘new’ feedback system. How bad is it if you have to mandate a system to stop all the bias. No career progression for most roles. Only select managers, in some teams get promotions to their teams who no how to play the game at Workiva. Callous managers mock team members inquiring on professional development and career development. Extremely toxic managers in client services especially the long term and previous senior management who moved around. Toxic management groups and cliques through their own lack of abilities, and issues targeting individuals over years. How terrible does management has to be to group together to do this over years, with nothing better to do. HR has no backbone and is in the management pocket. Supports anything management says and faking metrics and achievements. Senior leaders won’t lead, don’t deal with problems and pretend everything is fine. Ignore bad behaviour and grievances and retaliate. No diversity across all types especially in management. intolerance, conscious and unconscious biases on display in rank and file and management, and isolation and targeting. Cliques of employees and management everywhere.
