Great people. I worked with some of the smartest, most talented people at Workopolis. I will say that they have an ability to source out the best. Great benefits and vacation time.
Cons
If your priority is learning and career growth, this isn't the right place for you. If you are talented, smart and fit into the culture (a highly extroverted culture), you'll be encouraged to work hard and fast by having opportunities dangled in front of you, but in my experience and in many others, that opportunity will rarely materialize. But if you're looking for a job as opposed to a career; if you want a good benefit package; if job security isn't a concern of yours; if you want to work and eventually get packaged out to take a long vacation or explore new opportunities, than Workopolis might just be a good fit. Seriously.
