Nice, clean facility and a positive environment to be around every day. I learned a lot about memberships, sales conversations, and how gyms operate behind the scenes. Good entry-level role if you want experience in fitness sales and understanding the industry. Helped me build communication skills andfter and confidence talking to members.

Management constantly increased monthly sales goals by large amounts, which felt unrealistic and stressful. Expectations were high without matching compensation. Pay was low for the amount of pressure and responsibility. Focus on numbers over employee development made it hard to stay motivated long term.
