I think just with COVID it has hard to be in person to meet with the team always. So this does not reflect the company in general. They have been very safe and accommodating during this time.

My time with Worksmart Design has been a pleasure since Day 1. Very welcoming and collaborative. You have the opportunity to work on many projects ranging in size and scope. We are a small but rapidly expanding firm where you can take on as much as you can handle. Plenty of room to grow professionally and advance your career. Excellent work/life balance. Everyone works hard and has a team mindset but it's a given that family is a priority. The owners really care about you as a person and your role & impact at the company. It's very rewarding to see projects develop and have clients provide such positive feedback. The entire team works very well together and there is no drama. Amazing benefits and culture!

Not really a con but we have experienced rapid growth and are evolving as a company so a good candidate will need to thrive in that sort of environment. You'll need to be flexible and have the ability to work on multiple projects.
