Pros
The team at Workzone is a very talented, intelligent and accepting team that values individualism and work/life balance. Having the opportunity and resources in place to work remotely is extremely valuable, especially since I have recently welcomed my first child.
The company holds a really high regard for customer support and training, which helps form great customer relationships, and gives me a sense of pride in my role here.
The software itself is a great PM solution and the CEO is always open to employee and customer feedback, which helps our product constantly evolve to meet our customers needs.
Cons
Although working remotely is one of the greatest perks of this job, it can also be one of the cons, in the sense that it can prevent relationships from being formed, especially between the sales and support teams.
