Pros
Smart people, travel perks is always top grade (is that where they should be spending their money?).
Cons
Self-involved and clueless staff and management. The best people know how to work around bureaucracy to their advantage. No work/life balance. Staff rely on consultant who are often more knowledgeable than they are.
