Upper management will allow you to explore jobs that interest you, and they are willing to train you, if your work ethics are present, and you are contributing to the bottom line of the company. I have been able to learn, and grow in my role as a Digital Marketing Manager.

Depending on the role, the hours are sometimes long, but that is par for the course. I have worked long hours in several jobs prior to this one, it is not rare in the auto industry, in the academic environment, and others.
