Pros
The culture is collaborative—the teams work well with each other, and everybody pulls his or her weight. The pace is very fast, so you need to be adaptable and flexible. There is a lot of work to be done, and that was made clear to me before I started, which makes the day fly. I do not encounter roadblocks, either—my colleagues help me get the work done, and it is great that everybody is rowing in the same direction. The company also upgraded its sales and marketing tech. stack recently, which creates good opportunities for career growth. I haven’t been with the company long, but I can comment that I have not seen any of the issues written in some of the other posts. It is not consistent with my experiences thus far. I have been treated with respect, and my colleagues have, too. I enjoy coming to work every day. Hard work, a positive attitude, and a collaborative approach are rewarded here.
