Pros
I have worked at World Congress for almost 2 years, and since then I have had two years of positive experiences. From the beginning, my colleagues were welcoming and supportive of the fact that I had joined their team. I found the training process to be straightforward, and the expectations for my job to be clear and manageable. Once expectations are set, managers and colleagues alike educate and guide you to achieve your goals, and their doors are always open for any questions or suggestions you may have. Management is flexible and understanding of personal circumstances and schedules. They see the employees as people rather than numbers responsible for bringing in and retaining more numbers, and this perspective extends from entry-level to C-level here. The company itself takes care of its employees with several perks and rewards not found at most organizations. Not only do we receive a full benefits package, but we also receive several types of bonuses as rewards for our hard work, which include monetary compensation, gift cards, airline tickets, company lunches and outings. We even have a vegan lunch and well-being club that serves a healthy vegan lunch every day of the week. I am grateful every day to work for a company that genuinely cares about my own well-being and that of my colleagues. I highly recommend that if you see a job opening in your field for this organization, apply. Do not let this opportunity pass you by.
Cons
I have not had a negative experience here, therefore no "cons" to report.
