      You meet many interesting people from around the world. Come in touch with out of the box key global subjects.

      Cons

      There is no internal organization or structure. It is all about Klaus Schwab. If you want to get a promotion you have to be "nice" to Schwab if you have an different opinion then keep your outh shut otherwise you will be fired. Good ideas are not welcome. If you make too many contacts with the members of the WEF then you get fired too.

      This organization is constantly evolving but I think generally in the right direction. Great place for those who strive in unstructured environments.

      Cons

      Hours can be long and you have to enjoy travel.

      Great exposure to ideas, good broad experience that can be applied to other jobs

      Cons

      Lots of infighting at the top, leaks down to lower levels. The Forum makes poor hiring decisions and teams suffer.
