- Non-transperent, and not performance driven - People are promoted mainly because they are liked - not because they performed well; promotion means relatively nothing, so you have many who shouldn’t be in their positions, with big titles. - The Chairman is a paranoid egomaniac who should have stepped down years ago, so the entire organizational culture is focused on pleasing him and answering to all of his needs - This sets the culture and trickles down to the rest of upper management.
