      Pros

      Good benefits and allowance. I am using Learning Award for learning French and German, using wellbeing allowance for piano lessons. I got hired when already pregnant and got promoted after 2 years. I will say the place is merit-based and your achievements get recognized. I am lucky to also have the Swiss permit before joining the Forum, so I also have other Swiss social security benefits as a Swiss worker.

      Cons

      The Forum is a bug place, so you might need to learn to deal with internal politics.

      Pros

      This organization is constantly evolving but I think generally in the right direction. Great place for those who strive in unstructured environments.

      Cons

      Hours can be long and you have to enjoy travel.

      Great exposure to ideas, good broad experience that can be applied to other jobs

      Cons

      Lots of infighting at the top, leaks down to lower levels. The Forum makes poor hiring decisions and teams suffer.
