Cons
Explorer sign-up is shoved down your throat. Even if you don't work the register you can and will be written up for not getting a 40% average. One person is expected to do the work of 3-4 people with limited time. Back room isn't big enough to hold the amount of product sent each week. Employees have to move the same fixtures every week, which wastes time and money. Supervisors who don't help with difficult tasks and then yell when things don't get done. Positive feedback is nonexistent. Employees expected to work off the clock to finish projects. Availability ignored. Not enough employees on the floor to help customers during busy hours. Not enough space in store for the amount of product on-hand.
