You make 20/hr with benefits, but there is no moving up in the company & yearly you get a raise of .50 cents
Cons
No strong communication, no organization, no calls & no shows all the time, having to do everyone's job for them. Nobody knows what they're doing, & all managers left at once so the store is running on very little.
