Lots of great people who are smart, friendly and extremely customer focused. The business model works very well. In a highly competitive environment, World Travel's value proposition continues to resonate with it's customers.
Cons
I can't think of any downsides. The company is not perfect, however, I believe we try to make World Travel a great place to work. It's a fun environment with solid leadership. Most of our people are enthusiastic and genuinely excited to come work. We strive to be a high-energy group that is focused on the client.
