Pros
The single most impactful organization I've ever worked for. I feel like I'm doing truly meaningful work alleviating the suffering of people in places that would otherwise be forgotten. Not much workplace politics and a high level of positive intent.
Cons
Job stability can be subject to fundraising outcomes, which is not uncommon among charities. Consensus driven culture can sometimes be frustrating.
