Pros
15 years into my professional career I was referred to Worldwide. After being employed just shy of two years, I know this is home. My superiors are very generous with their abundance of wisdom and guidance through the growth and maturation needed to set the ever growing standard that we fight to uphold. As a salesman, to advertise for our company, means simply expressing our morals of honesty, hard work, and loyalty to our customers. When we say we will do all we can to fill their needs, we mean it. Throughout the company, we strive to be family oriented and supportive of our piers. We work very hard but we have a blast doing so. It has meant the world to my family and I that I work for a company that will supply all of the tools to be successful as well as always being in my corner. I can say with full certainty that these folks have become family to me. Something to me that is priceless...
Cons
The cons that I recognize within the company are simply everything that any company runs into. The competition is tough, the market fluctuates, and customers sometimes are forced to use other vendors. But what I can add to those cons, is my bosses are constantly working to find a solution to any problem that we run into. They want to hear your voice.
