Great place to work, great people culture with a young environment alied with experienced managers that makes this company a great starting point for a career in retail management.
Cons
Even though it's a great place to work, it has a hard upper mobility trajectory, as it has lots of need for low to mid level contribuitors but not a lot of managerial and high level available roles. This makes this a great company to strart, learn and grow, but eventualy leave.
