Pros
First job out of school, it is great to work for a company that truly wants you to succeed and values developing you. I chose this offer due to the people I met interviewing seeming like people I would want to work with.
Cons
Salary is low, but total compensation (salary + profit sharing) is probably about industry standard. However, not great when the market isn't doing so well. Vacation is 2 weeks until 5 years, not a ton of holidays.
