If you want a forward thinking, empathetic lead business then Wren is not for you. A company that manages its people like it was still in the 1980s. All the bad things you have heard are true. Managers and senior leadership over promoted and under-qualified. This business has the potential to be an absolute positive game changer but its leaders haven't got the foggiest on how to look after its people or truly run a business of this magnitude, just look at the horrific labour turnover across Showrooms and Head Office. It's embarrassing for a company that is as large as it is. This is a company that will fudge any meaningful public facing data to 'appear amazing' none of it being true. That being said, within this mess of a culture there is a smattering of really good people who need to move on and find their worth in other businesses who would give them the loyalty they deserve.
