They make meetings or trainings as fun and interactive as possible. They are true to their word and want to make sure all the employees are, also.

There is a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the deadline to get the paperwork done was very hard to meet. There doesn't feel like enough time in the day to complete what you need to complete. Which just builds up over time to stress everyone out when the deadline comes.
