Pros
What I like most about working here is that people are very friendly and support. I could stop by and talk with them anytime, chit-chatting or asking if I could help them with any tasks. I also got a chance to take hands-on experience and deliver tangible results for my clients - real experience and real impact. They are also open for questions. Since we didn't have a real training curriculum, or at least now, I just reached out to my co-workers and asked questions. They are smart, creative and always want to learn in the field of digital marketing. I definitely recommend working here!
The time is very flexible, it's okay to take days off as long as you finish your assignments.
Cons
Not much cons here. Maybe it's only about the laid-back environment here, which is quite unexpected in an agency, which made me slack off sometimes. But talking with co-workers and asking for tasks would pump me up again.
