Pros
+ Great people, I made some really good friends at Wrike and thoroughly enjoyed working with them. + Plenty of opportunity for development, you do see a-lot of people promoted to management or senior roles and in addition there are also opportunities to up-skill whether that be within a specific Project Management methodology, API integrations and workflows, Business Intelligence Reporting, Marketing Ops etc etc + If you are bi-lingual there are plenty of opportunities to work with customers in your chosen languages + Working with a great product that is constantly improved
Cons
Wrike is overall a solid company with a great product. I did enjoy my time, however, it was ultimately dampened by a number of middle managers who were not managing or understood the concept of contemporary management and more worried about how they were perceived by their superiors. In saying this, there are also a number of great managers who do a great job. I unfortunately worked with very few of those. - Lack of accountability for managers who are not managing i.e. not helping the members of their team thrive and instead following their own agenda. - Internal communications can be quite poor at times, probably the worst i have ever experienced. - Cross collaboration across departments/teams lacking at times - Lack of importance or respect towards employees with long tenures, they are often let go with minimal effort to encourage them to stay
