Pros

Company has changed it's strategy drastically and is continuously improving. IT department is working using extreme programming methodology and the rest of the departments are migrating to SCRUM. Team is nice and friendly. As a part of development team I'm having a lot of fun while solving challenging and exciting problems. Management is always opened to new ideas.

Cons

Company is small start-up style and therefore it has a limited career growth opportunities. Compensations and benefits are a little bit lower than desired, but is well compensated by culture, work-life balance and environment.

Pros

Bonnyprints has continuously grown over 6 years and maintained its start-up vibe and entrepreneurial focus. The company has faced verious difficult situation, but has always managed to come out on top. This is due to great flexibility in decision making, but also due to all employees coming together and working things out as a team. Everyone can shape his own future at Bonnyprints, quickly gain responsibility and make an impact from day one. Its a great company to learn ecommerce and become an expert in the field.

Cons

With flexibility and big responsibility comes the need to self-motivate and to stick to what you believe in. This environment is not for everyone. If you can motivate yourself, believe in yourself, and can manage yourself effectively, then Bonnyprints is the right place for you. I

Pros

Staff is like a family and treats you as such. Very flexible and kind. Are quick to offer language courses and other accommodations you might request. Dogs being welcome in the office is a big plus.

Cons

Staff could be more diverse, but I doubt this is the managements fault.
