As a recently hired engineering professional, and having worked for multiple companies in the past, I have been impressed with the IT department and the whole orientation process. Everyone that I have dealt with so here has been upbeat, nothing but good things to say about the company which honestly these days it's hard to find a place with this work environment. A lot of talented personnel in which to bounce ideas off of. It is environment in which you are allowed to grow. This is not a place for someone with little drive and talent to hide at, which is why I wanted to join the team.
