      Good Location and around the area, you can find great pubs

      Cons

      Project Managers tend to be Scrum Masters as well. That produces obvious problems. Don't know how to planning and tend to bend Agile in any direction and end up asking people to do extra time. Micromanaging is a daily bases. Not good opportunities inside to expand you career. Backend and Front-end technologies as old and deprecated years ago.

      Serious company with serious interest about the employee and their wellbeing.

      Cons

      I had an amazing experience, I used to tell people Wunderman is wonderful. I wished I had stayed instead of running after the cool sexy brand that ended up being not that cool after all.

      Company culture is great Good vibes Nice people Unlimited PTO Promoting from within is a priority great leadership

      Cons

      Not many holidays off but unlimited PTO can make up for that Raises are not often or not by significant amounts unless switching roles
