We would agree with you that the commission structure we utilize is generous as we pay our team members well, our office is extremely fun, and our business is helping pioneer an industry. We are a little confused with your statements on career growth. We believe you started as a BDR, were promoted to account executive, and then was being considered for a team lead role all within you first 12month here. Now that is career growth.
