great company to work for. Company culture is based on working together as a "family" and you can recognize it the moment you walk in. Management is great depending on the dealership you work for but all of them really care for your well-being in and out of the workplace.

There aren't many cons, but getting a raise is difficult but possible. As long as you put the work in and are consistent with that your work will be recognized.
