Pros
There are very few, company car is probably the only pro I can think of.
Cons
Where to start, pay structure is awful. Hours are long and the rewards do not match the level of work required to achieve targets. The turnover of sales reps is unparalleled, I have never seen so many people come and go in such a short space of time, if that doesn't tell you something then I don't know what will. The managers are all completely incompetent from top to bottom, in all my years of employment I have never encountered such high levels of ineptitude. Sales managers are known to be underhand and sneaky, often helping themselves, literally and figuratively and putting their own greed above employee well being. You will be treated as an asset and your input will be completely ignored, your manager will not have any concern for your well being whatsoever, with an attitude of "if you don't like it then there is the door". The managers have little or no training in how to manage staff. Promoted from within (former reps) the worst aspects of that salesman culture have spread through the company like a disease. They are given free run to treat you however they see fit , bullying is common. You will be monitored in everything you do. You will be expected to exploit customers at every opportunity to maximise profit, ensuring they get their huge GP levels of nearly 60%, and will often be advised by sales managers to use underhand or immoral tactics to reach target. Targeting customer with orders they didn't place or deliberately doubling up on orders is common place. I would not recommend working for Wurth Ireland if you value your sanity, you will be stressed out in no time, don't do it. If I could give this company 0 stars then I would
