Pros
- Co-workers are friendly and quite proactive - Friendly work environment, flexible working hours - A lot of things can be learned about influencer marketing
Cons
- KPI is really high - Very pressuring upon onboarding - CEO can be unreasonable at times if never reach a certain target - Seniors feedback can be very generic and ambiguous and doesn't really help with improving our performance as interns.
